1. Who we are

OfferCircle is a local-offers platform operated by N Plus Solutions, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and shared when you use offercircle.in, its seller area, maps and related services.

2. Information we collect

Public visitors

• Location selected by you, or precise device location when you choose “Use Current Location” and grant browser permission.
• Search terms, category, subcategory, distance and sorting choices.
• Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, server logs and security events.

Sellers

• Google sign-in information: Google account identifier, name, email address and profile photo.
• Business information: shop name, category, subcategory, phone number, WhatsApp number, address, city, state, PIN code, latitude and longitude.
• Offer information: title, description, image, pricing or saving details, validity dates, terms and contact action.
• Account, approval, rejection, moderation and support records.

3. Google user data

OfferCircle uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate sellers and connect the same seller profile across devices. We request only the basic identity scopes needed for sign-in: openid, email and profile. We do not request or read Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, calendars or passwords.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google sign-in information is not sold and is not used for advertising profiling.

4. How we use information

• Show offers near a selected location and calculate 5 km, 10 km or 30 km results.
• Authenticate sellers, prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts and maintain secure sessions.
• Review, approve, reject, hide, restore or delete business profiles and offers.
• Display approved business and offer information to public users.
• Provide call, WhatsApp, map and directions actions.
• Send service, approval, expiry, policy or security communications when those channels are enabled.
• Operate, troubleshoot, secure and improve OfferCircle and comply with legal obligations.

5. Location information

For public visitors, current-location coordinates are used only as needed to return nearby offers and do not create a buyer account. For sellers, the confirmed shop pin and coordinates are stored as part of the business profile. After approval, the shop’s location, area or directions link may be shown publicly so customers can find the business.

6. Information displayed publicly

Approved seller information may be visible to anyone, including business name, category, offer details, offer image, area, distance, validity, business contact action, address or map location. Sellers should not submit personal residential information unless it is intentionally used as the business location.

7. Sharing of information

We may share information only as needed with service providers that support OfferCircle, such as hosting and database providers, Google Sign-In, Google Maps Platform, email, WhatsApp or notification providers when enabled, analytics/security services, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, investigate abuse or enforce our policies. We do not sell personal data.

8. Cookies, sessions and local storage

OfferCircle may use secure cookies and browser storage for seller/admin login sessions, security, preferences, PWA installation and performance. Public buyers do not need an account. Disabling essential cookies may prevent seller or admin login from working.

9. Data retention

Seller account, business and offer data is kept while the account or service relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance and backups. Draft, closed and expired offer history may be retained unless deleted under platform rules. When an administrator permanently deletes a seller, related records are removed from the active system, although limited backup or legal records may remain temporarily.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including restricted credentials, server-side sessions and access controls. No internet service is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Sellers are responsible for protecting access to their Google account and signing out from shared devices.

11. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your seller profile, subject to legal and security requirements. You may stop using Google Sign-In by logging out and may revoke OfferCircle access from your Google Account settings. To make a request, contact us at nplussolutions200113@gmail.com.

12. Children

Seller accounts and business submissions are intended for persons who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow children to register as sellers or intentionally collect their personal data for seller accounts.

13. Third-party services

OfferCircle may open Google Maps, WhatsApp, telephone links or seller websites. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms, and OfferCircle is not responsible for their independent practices.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the service, law or data practices change. The latest version and effective date will always be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or seller dashboard.
